As a creative technologist, I love working with both physical and digital objects. Much of my work in this area is with North Coast Modular Collective, a Michigan-based non-profit focused on music, instruments, and community. I am deeply involved with designing, prototyping, and testing our Eurorack and standalone instruments, using tools such as Arduino, PureData, Github, and Illustrator to create compelling and accessible open source hardware and software instruments.

Eurorack Module Prototyping
One of my roles with North Coast Modular Collective is prototyping our Eurorack synthesizer modules and other instruments. To do this, I use a range of technologies, including Arduino, PureData, Illustrator, laser cutting, analog and digital electronics, and more.

North Coast Modular Collective: Style Guide
As part of my design work with North Coast Modular Collective, I developed our collective’s Style Guide. This document guides our visual identity as we seek to create human-centered designs for Eurorack synthesizer modules and other instruments.
